Districts close tourist spots

All tourist spots of Kasaragod are closed, and those of Kannur are closed till May 27.

Select spots closed

En Ooru tribal village of Wayanad; Idukki's Mattupetty Dam; Thiruvananthapuram's Ponmudi and Ilaveezhapoonchira, Illikkal Kallu and Marmala waterfalls of Kottayam are also closed.

Idukki and Kozhikode

While Idukki has closed all spots offering kayaking, coracle rides and boating, Kozhikode has banned entry into beaches, riverbanks, waterfalls and other water bodies.

Activities prohibited

Rafting, kayaking, boating, coracle rides, trekking, and night travel in hilly areas are banned from 7 pm to 7 am.
