Celeb fitness trainer Vinod Channa, who trains the likes of Ambanis, recently revealed how to have the best pre- and post-workout nutrition.
According to him, you need to eat a preworkout meal depending on how much time you have before a workout.
Fruits, as they digest easily, is a good source, according to him, if you have little time.
However, he recommends eating carbs and protein if you can eat at least one and a half hours before the workout.
He says that after workouts, one should eat a combination of fibre, protein, and carbohydrates.
Anil says that eating just protein after workouts will work against recovery.
